I’m Shanne Soulier, Owner and President of Big Spirit.

As a proud citizen of the Red Cliff Band of Lake Superior Chippewa, I believe in building a values-driven economy that uplifts Indigenous communities, supports underserved populations, and strengthens mission-driven organizations that serve and sustain their communities.

I partner with teams to sharpen their vision, tell their story clearly, and bring their ideas to life in ways that feel authentic and impactful.

There is no one-size-fits-all approach. Every organization has a unique story, audience, and purpose. We take the time to listen, understand, and develop thoughtful solutions that reflect who you are and the impact you want to make.
