- Big Spirit’s contribution to this non-profit
There is an area in St. Paul called Frogtown and this city area has many diverse voices, languages, stories, and viewpoints. Broadcasting within this part of the city is WFNU Frogtown Community Radio.
Many Voices, One Community
Also known as 94.1 WFNU, this non-profit, volunteer-based station has a hyper-local focus on Frogtown and surrounding communities. Recently WFNU held a concert fundraiser and dinner benefitting the radio station. The fundraiser was called Many Voices, One Community.
Celebrating Big Spirit’s Efforts
At this year’s Many Voices, One Community dinner and fundraiser WFNU General Managers Philip Gracia and Katie DeCelle presented this year’s “Appreciation Award” to Shanne Soulier, the President & CEO of Big Spirit, Inc. The award was given for Big Spirit Inc.’s ongoing marketing consulting support, along with being the largest donor in 2023. Working with WFNU, Big Spirit created a donation match program during Give To The Max that brought in roughly $10,000 for WFNU as a non-profit.
WFNU said about Big Spirit’s recognition, “Awarded to Big Spirit, Inc. in deep gratitude for your significant contributions. Your efforts have made a difference to our organization. Thank you for all you do.”
Helping Build Awareness
It is both Big Spirit’s company mission and Soulier’s personal mission to help build awareness and prosperity in the community. It is an honor to be recognized for efforts toward this mission. Big Spirit is proud to support this non-profit that works to make sure all voices in Frogtown are given a chance to speak and be heard.
